Project Budget:  $4.5 million

Description: Interstate identified the site as a natural extension of the adjacent retail district. Interstate acquired land use entitlements and assembled the site by purchasing several single-family homes in a coordinated closing prior to breaking ground in 2017.  The 10,000 square-foot class-A retail building is in a premier trade area in Richfield, a first-ring suburb of the Twin Cities.
