Description: Prior to acquisition, Interstate obtained land use entitlements to develop the 15.5-acre site into an industrial outdoor storage facility.  Located off the I-94 corridor northwest of the Twin Cities, the site boasts 257,000 square-feet of outdoor storage with a 30,000 square-foot office/warehouse building. Since its inception, Interstate has been active in the industrial outdoor storage development space through acquisition and ground-up construction of the niche asset type.
