Description: Interstate acquired the site in 2006, at which time the St. Paul Stockyards wound down its 120-year operations at the site. Interstate obtained land-use entitlements in the years leading up to the eventual three-phase, three-building, development of this master-planned industrial park. Completed in 2016, the BridgePoint buildings total 340,000 square-feet of class-A, institutional quality space, and are located in a first-tier suburban location.
