Interstate pays $3.75M for IGH warehouse

An entity related to Eden Prairie-based Interstate Development has acquired a 40,160-square-foot warehouse, built in 2002 on 6.45 acres at 10967 Clark Road in Inver Grove Heights.

The one-story building has one dock door and nine drive-in doors and 22 feet of clear height. The price works out to $93.38 per square foot.

Tenants include Spring-Green Lawn Care, Steenberg Watrud Construction, Trident Welding & Fabrication and Wieser Precast.

Interstate didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Place: 10967 Clark Road, Inver Grove Heights

Price: $3.75 million; $50,000 down payment; new mortgage; part of 1031 exchange; $93.38 per square foot

Buyer: Clark Industrial LLC, Eden Prairie

Seller: SRW Properties, Inver Grove Heights
