Location:  Yankee Doodle Road, Eagan MN

Previous Use:  Former Blue Cross Blue Shield Office Tower

Proposed Use:  200 multifamily units & 35,000 square feet of retail & medical space

Project Budget:  $50 million

Challenges:  As a result in the dramatic change of use, from office to ‘mixed-use’, the project had to go through a multi-year, multi-jurisdiction re-zoning, including involvement from Metropolitan Council, City of Eagan and Dakota County. The first multi-family phase (113 units) was completed in 2015 along with 10,500 square feet of retail space. The final phase, 90 units of multi-family   and 25,000 square feet of commercial will be completed in 2016.
