2020

Mike Holst joins Interstate Development as a partner, to lead its multifamily development activities.

2016

Minnesota office rebrands to Interstate Development.

2015

Simmer and Provencher acquire Miller and Brzezinski’s interests of the Minnesota office. Interstate (MN) is listed as the 17th most active developer in the Twin Cities (682,000 square feet 2013-2015).

2014

Simmer and Provencher, along with Interstate’s principal-founders Greg Miller and Fran Brzezinski, establish an independent Minnesota office.

2013

Eric Simmer and Lonnie Provencher join Interstate Partners as partners, to lead its industrial, multifamily, retail and specialty development activities.

2000 – 2013

Interstate develops and acquires nearly 5,500,000 square feet of commercial space throughout the region, using its own equity alongside outside investor equity.

2000

Interstate Partners is formed to purchase sixty-seven percent of Wispark, a division of WI Energy, real estate holdings. With the acquisition of Wispark, Interstate opens three regional offices in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.
