Just Sold: Interstate pays $7.1 million for New Brighton warehouse

Eden Prairie-based Interstate Development, which specializes in turning around underperforming properties, has paid $7.125 million for a New Brighton warehouse.

The 65,114-square-foot building was developed in 1969 on 5.06 acres at 100 Ninth Ave. SW.

Place: 100 Ninth Ave. SW, New Brighton

Price: $7.125 million; $300,000 down payment; new mortgage; $109.42 per square foot

Buyer: Ninth Avenue Industrial LLC, Eden Prairie

Seller: Northwestern Holdings Inc., Atlanta
